_Looking Out For Each Other_
Acts 19:1-7 While Apollos was in Corinth, Paul traveled through the interior regions until he reached Ephesus, on the coast, where he found several believers. "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?" he asked them. "No," they replied, "we haven't even heard that there is a Holy Spirit." "Then what baptism did you experience?" he asked. And they replied, "The baptism of John." Paul said, "John's baptism called for repentance from sin. But John himself told the people to believe in the one who would come later, meaning Jesus." As soon as they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then when Paul laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in other tongues and prophesied. There were about twelve men in all.
Many people are born again but lacking in certain matters. They don't know what next after accepting Christ as Lord and savior. It is our duty as fellow brethren to help them get an understanding of this new life.
Let us meet together regularly and in so doing we'll sharpen each other. We shall be able to know that what one doesn't have, the other can help them obtain it. As one who has it, you can pray it unto the one that doesn't.
They may seem like they know they are lacking but they don't. Don't assume that men have reached maturity, always keep teaching them, keep checking on them, keep guiding them. Take that responsibility very serious.
Don't minister questions, speak solutions. Don't let that hard things (stone) to remain understood that way, break things down for them.
No leaving any stone in turned men, they all have to be grounded in the word. Put the word in the simplest format possible.
Father, enable us to always be in you that we lack not in anything.
